This Privacy Policy describes how ValuGuard Payroll Advisory LLC (“ValuGuard,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit valuguardpayroll.com, use the Payroll Stability Index™ (“PSI”) Snapshot, schedule a consultation, or otherwise engage with our services.
Information you provide directly: name, work email, company, title, phone number, ownership profile, and the responses you submit through the PSI™ Snapshot or any contact form.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on site, gathered through standard server logs and analytics.
Information collected during engagements: Where a paid engagement is initiated, information governed by the executed Engagement Letter and Non-Disclosure Agreement. The Engagement Letter terms supersede this Privacy Policy with respect to client-confidential information.
We use the information collected to deliver requested services (including PSI™ Snapshot results), respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, improve our offerings, send communications you have requested, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not share information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

PSI™ Snapshot submissions and contact form inquiries are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of submission, unless a longer period is required for an active or recently completed engagement, regulatory compliance, or dispute resolution. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing the address below.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit (TLS), access controls, and vendor due diligence.
